I've Gone Dog Crazy
I think I want a dog. I mean, I really think I want a dog! I'm trying so hard to convince myself I don't want a dog. But I do. I want a dog! I've never had a dog, and for some reason, it seems like I should have one. The dog I'm thinking about is a Mini Whoodle. Have any of you heard of that? It's a cross between a mini poodle and a soft coated wheaten terrier. It's so cute! It doesn't shed. And it's supposed to have a great temperament and be good with kids. I'd love to meet one in real life. If anyone knows of a mini whoodle in the Chicago area, please let me know.
So what do you think? Have I gone crazy, or should I get a dog? Can anyone talk me out of this?

You won't hear me talking you out of it! I love my dog to bits, irritating quirks and all. The whoodle looks like a real cutie. And since you're already a parent thrice over you don't need the "responsibility lecture." (My mom assures me that dealing with my dog is excellent parenting practice!) I say, go for it! :-)

I highly suggest getting a MINI WHOODLE. I recently purchased one from a breeder in Florida "Old Mcdoodle Farm" she is the best! Our puppy was easy to potty train and she is sooo loving and what a cutie!
This breeder does a wonderful job with her puppies so you might want to check her out. Wishing you the best on your search.

Did you end up getting a Whoodle? We are debating between a whoodle and a mini-whoodle. I have heard that the standard whoodles have a better temperament because standard poodles are calmer and less aggressive than mini poodles. But, I want a small dog. Can't decide! Which breeder did you go with? I was looking at whoodles of raisin tree in michigan. i am in chicago.
